Jennifer Andrews

Founder and Co-Director

Jennifer Andrews is the Co-Director and founder of 101 Ways NFP. Born in East St. Louis, Illinois, and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, Jennifer's early life was marked by significant hardship, including emotional, mental, and physical abuse, as well as growing up in poverty. Her life experiences—especially the incarceration of her sister due to struggles with addiction—deeply influenced her perspective and passion for helping others.

In 2019, Jennifer began a profound healing journey, turning her pain into purpose. This personal transformation led to the creation of 101 Ways NFP, an organization dedicated to empowering women impacted by incarceration and adversity. Jennifer’s commitment to serving others is rooted in her belief that purpose is often born out of pain. Her work aims to uplift women, providing them with the support and resources needed to heal, grow, and thrive.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Christian Psychology and is a Certified Community Health Worker. She is married to Cortillian Andrews, a retired U.S. Army veteran. Together, they share a mission to support justice-impacted individuals and veterans, fostering empowerment and community healing. Jennifer's life story serves as a beacon of hope, illustrating that with the right support, anyone can rise above their challenges and create a legacy of transformation.
